Registration and Participation: Labs must register online and pay the participation fee. The registration process includes submission of an online form and successful payment confirmation.

Professional Integrity: Participants must adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct, ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy of test results.
Collaboration and Non-Disclosure: Sharing or discussing results with other participants is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the program.

MAINTENANCE
System Maintenance: Regular maintenance of the EQAP portal is undertaken to ensure its optimal functioning, with minimal disruption to users.
TERM AND TERMINATION
Participation Term: Outlines the annual participation cycle and the conditions under which a laboratory's participation may be terminated or renewed.
LIABILITIES UPON TERMINATION
