Eligibility: Participation in the ISHTM-AIIMS EQAP is open to both private and government laboratories focused on ensuring the accuracy of hemogram results.

Registration and Participation: Labs must register online and pay the participation fee. The registration process includes submission of an online form and successful payment confirmation.

Code of Conduct

Professional Integrity: Participants must adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct, ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy of test results.

Collaboration and Non-Disclosure: Sharing or discussing results with other participants is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the program.

PRIVACY POLICY

Data Collection and Use: Personal and laboratory information is collected solely for program registration and communication.

Security and Confidentiality: Strict measures are in place to protect the confidentiality of participant data and results.

PAYMENT

Fees: Detailed are the fees for participation, including distinctions between private and government labs. Fees are non-refundable.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

DELIVERY

Specimen Distribution: EQAP samples are dispatched quarterly, with labs informed of dispatch schedules. Labs must report non-receipt of samples promptly.

Updates and Amendments: The program reserves the right to update or modify the terms of use, with such changes being communicated to participants.

MAINTENANCE

System Maintenance: Regular maintenance of the EQAP portal is undertaken to ensure its optimal functioning, with minimal disruption to users.

TERM AND TERMINATION

Participation Term: Outlines the annual participation cycle and the conditions under which a laboratory's participation may be terminated or renewed.

LIABILITIES UPON TERMINATION

Post-Termination Obligations: Responsibilities of the lab and the program post-termination, including data retention and confidentiality, are detailed.
